Order Cancellation

 

  • Order Cancellation by the Customer: Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or altered.   • Order Cancellation by the Company: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to situations where items are out of stock; pricing errors; incorrect shipping address provided by the customer; fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will notify you if your order is cancelled.
  • Refunds: If your order is qualified for a cancellation before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Once an order has been shipped, any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
