Order Cancellation by the Customer: Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or altered. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy will be applicable. To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team at info@renwayassine.com . Please note that our team will do their utmost to respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation by the Company: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to situations where items are out of stock; pricing errors; incorrect shipping address provided by the customer; fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will notify you if your order is cancelled.

Refunds: If your order is qualified for a cancellation before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Once an order has been shipped, any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
